What the demo request form collects

Your name, work email, company, industry, selected area of interest and any message you choose to share. A hidden anti-spam field is also checked.

Why we use it

To respond to your request: to understand your business requirements and arrange a relevant Metanix AI demo or conversation. You confirm you want us to contact you about your request when you submit the form. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Where your request goes

The form is handled by a server-side function on Cloudflare. It does not save your submission in a website database. It sends two emails through Microsoft 365 from [email protected]: a notification to the Metanix AI team, and a confirmation to the email address you gave. Copies of both emails are kept in the Metanix AI mailbox.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry emails at any time by writing to [email protected].

Please do not include passwords, confidential documents, health information or other sensitive data in your message.

Spam protection

When you open the demo form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being completed by a person. To verify the check, our server sends Cloudflare the verification token and your IP address. Turnstile is used for security only. See the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy addendum.

Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page performance. A script from Cloudflare reports information such as the page address, the referring page, browser and device type, and page-load timing. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to collect these metrics and does not fingerprint visitors through their IP address or browser details. We use the reports, in aggregate, to understand which pages are visited and how quickly they load. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies and storage

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If you choose light or dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (under metanix-color-scheme) and stays on your device. Our fonts are served from this website, not from a third party. The Dun & Bradstreet seal at the foot of each page is loaded from Dun & Bradstreet, which may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.

Service providers

• Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery, the demo form function, Turnstile and Web Analytics.
• Microsoft: Microsoft 365 email, which delivers and stores enquiry emails.
• Dun & Bradstreet: the D-U-N-S Registered seal.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Your choices and rights

Only share what is needed for an initial conversation. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email [email protected].
